Safari 2011 recap

Monday, April 4, 2011

We've just wrapped up an amazing few days teaching at SAFARI in Krugersdorp, South Africa! SAFARI (Semester Abroad For A Radical Impact) is World Missions Ministries' annual semester-long training program for future IPHC missions workers. We had loads of fun getting to know the students, sharing our hearts with them, and agreeing with them for God's promises to be fulfilled in their lives and ministries. A highlight for the week was a foot-washing service where each of the students washed and prayed over the feet of their fellow peers.

We are beyond excited for what God has in store for these students and know that He will use them in a powerful way. We were sad to say goodbye so soon, but will stay connected with each and every one as they complete the SAFARI program and as God ushers them into the next season of His will for their lives. A HUGE thank you to Joe and Maggie Delport (IPHC missionaries to South Africa) for the incredible job they are doing with the SAFARI program and for speaking into the lives of these amazing young people!!
