Accelerant is always a much-anticipated event for The Awakening Team! We are constantly interacting with the youth and young adults at Accelerant, laughing and sharing old memories with previous mission’s teams, and of course making many new friends daily. This year, The Awakening Team also got to hit the slopes of Gatlinburg, TN on their day off! We were able to make new friends on the mountain, and of course have a blast skiing and snowboarding.
One of the most amazing things about being a part of incredible youth conferences like this one is the fact that we get to see hundreds of lives changed in the morning and evening sessions and services. With wonderful Christian leaders and speakers like Tavner Smith, and worship from bands like All Sons and Daughters, the youth and young adults are ushered into a beautiful and REAL God experience. The Awakening Team loved worshiping, learning, and experiencing God with the youth and young adults at Accelerant 2013
